Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

Fabrizio Fiammenghi, contact: grisu7002@gmail.com.

2. No automatic data collection by the author

The app author does not collect, track, or automatically receive any personal data or usage data from users.

3. Data handled in the app

Data you enter in Good Diary (for example notes, encounters, tags, media attachments, and settings) remains under your control and is used only to provide app features. Data is not automatically sent to the app author or to private servers.

4. Local storage and optional iCloud

All app data is stored on the user's device. Only if the user enables cloud sync or backup, data is copied and transferred exclusively to their personal iCloud account through Apple services linked to their Apple ID. Under no circumstances can the app author access the user's personal data stored on the device or in their iCloud account.

5. Purpose of processing

Data is used only to provide requested functions: content management, backup, restore, sync, and access security.

6. Voluntarily shared logs

The only data the author may receive is debug logs that users explicitly and voluntarily share for troubleshooting and technical support. No other data is automatically transmitted to the author.

7. Data sharing and selling

Data is not sold or shared for advertising or commercial profiling purposes.

8. Retention

Data remains available until deleted by the user. Backup and cloud copies depend on user settings and Apple service limits.

9. Security

The app includes local protection measures (such as PIN/Face ID, if enabled). Users are responsible for the security of their device and Apple account.

10. User rights

Users can access, edit, export, and delete their data through app features. For regulatory details, see the GDPR page as well.
